With rapid growth of car ownership in China,traffic accidents increase sharply,however,there are much shortcomings in the traffic accident on-site investigation at present,such as poor precision,low efficiency,long exploration,and traffic accident on-site data also cannot be secondary information acquisition,and so on.Thus,The traffic accident on-site investigation and responsibility judgment fastly and accurately,which needs to solve the problem in the traffic accident exploration and management urgently.The rapid investigation of the on-site accident vehicle based on the non-contact measurement technology and construction of data archiving management system,which is proposed in the paper.The main research content is as follows:?1?The paper has carried out traffic accident scene information collection based on"FARO Focus3D"3D laser scanner technology,and researched compared results of three different registration method including based on the target ball method,based on the characteristic point and based on ICP algorithm,meanwhile,emphasically researched the SVD method to solve the transformation matrix,results show that the ICP algorithm possessed higher registration efficiency and registration accuracy of millimeter,This method avoids the target data acquisition errors and lead to he failure of the registration.After registration of complete point cloud,the 2D and 3D archives information can be accurate extraction,the 2D information precision reach millimeter,which can provide accurate basis to the subsequent identification analysis.The point cloud data of car body can automatically extracted and each place dimension accurately extract based on the MATLAB algorithm,In addition,Statistical analysis of vehicle damage area and situation can be acquire and build the whole real 3D Model of traffic accident scene.?2?This paper has carried out quick mapping study of traffic accident scene based on"DJI Phantom 4"Unmanned Aerial Vehicle?UAV?.Through digital orthophoto map by UAV,the traffic accident records map and accident scene scale map can be quick map,and survey the traffic accident.Exploration time of the way reduced to 8 minutes,speed up the clear road and avoid long traffic jams.At the same time,the way combined the ground three-dimensional laser scanning technology can be build all-round integration technology to comprehensive obtain the traffic accident scene information,enhance the capacity of data collection and identification method.?3?Database system construction of traffic accident scene investigation files have been proposed.The system could be used to carry out the data import,classification of query,analysis,management,and database updates for laser point cloud data of accident scene,UAV images and other kinds of exploration data.Building the database file system of fast exploration data in traffic accident scene,which contribute to the personnel of traffic accident exploration management to archive management for all kinds of traffic accident crime scene investigation data.The research can be quickly and completely to extract the 2D and 3D information model for the traffic accident scene investigation based on the non-contact measurement technology,and the data can be secondary inspection and high precision.It can extract diverse results based on laser point cloud,which can be better applied to detail exploration in major accidents;at the same time,it can meet the large scale rapid cartography based on UAV,which possesses low cost and high efficiency advantages in the general traffic accident scene investigation and create document.Second,Building the file system of traffic accident exploration data,which contribute to the personnel of traffic accident exploration management to archive management for investigation data.Finally,the results show that rapid investigation of traffic accident scene based on non-contact measurement technology,not only provide the basis for traffic accident exploration processing and data management,and effectively shorten the time of traffic accident scene investigation,also greatly ease the traffic jam,with vastly efficiency.
