A Study On Drawing System Of The Drawing For The Scene Of Road Traffic Accident

With the rapid development of social economy, the number of vehicles increased year by year ,as well as the road traffic accidents. How to investigate road traffic crime scene rapidly,accurately and standardly has become the urgent demand of current traffic accident disposition work. As one of important documents for the crime scene investigation, road traffic accident scene diagram has played an important role in the progress of road traffic accident disposition and judging liability. At present, road traffic accident scene diagram still drawing by the policeman by hand. In one hand ,manual drawing has increased the work intensity of police, in other hand, it has make the accident documents less standardly. Therefore, how to use computer technology making the road traffic accident scene drawing system briefness and easy to spread has been the research hotspot at present. With the actual work needs of crime scene drawing by police, this paper has used Excel VBA technology to develop the computer-aided drawing system of road traffic accident scene diagram.Firstly, analyzed the common program in solving our country's road traffic accident, summed up the relevant regulations on investigating trace material evidence,taking investigation picture,dossier document and so on. Analyzed the meaning,class and function of road traffic accident scene diagram, put out its drawing measure and requirements, cleared the system needs and the user demands of the computer-aided system.Secondly, with the demands of computer-aided drawing system of road traffic accident scene diagram, analyzed the common research measure at home, discussed the advantages and shortages of some computer development technology in developing the drawing system, selected the development platform,tools and the main technology, carried out the simple and applicable drawing system, which was easy to manipulate by user and satisfied by criterion demand.Finally, according to practical case, used the developed system to draw road traffic accident scene diagram. Contrasted the results of manual drawing and computer-aided drawing, discussed the feasibility of the system, put forward the characteristic and the advice of further study.
