| City commercial complex is a young architectural form, but also the future trend of business of building development. Currently, many works of his theory, experience, methods were studied. Because of its rapidly changing phase, the results of these have remained inadequate. View of China's actual construction and developments: on the one hand, commercial complexes have become important building type of the city, blossom everywhere. On the other hand, the scale of commercial complexes gradually becomes larger, more functions. Many new problems exposed, so the design of commercial complexes still continuing concern. Commercial complex as the most complex functions, the most flexible type system for commercial building types, and the research of it is not only the objective needs of urban development and commercial building development, but also the subjective of requirementseconomic restructuring, urban resource optimization and quality life improvement.The difficult of Commercial complex design is hou to integirate various sub-functions, so the integration of the various sub-functions is the research priorities of this passage, and focused on business and other commercial space and the organic integration between functions, so as to achieve optimize resources, inspire the purpose of urban vitality.The paper can be divided into four parts to do the research on the commercial complexes, in the way of theory with reality and comparative analysisi:The first part is"concept analysis". Focus on the conceptual level, make the research purpose, direction and content clear. First described the concept of urban commercial complex, and the distinguishment to its related concepts, identify scope of the research; Then through elaboration of the history and the spatial form, show the knowledge of the type of commercial complexes; Finally, according to the learning of mixing theory, the city ecological theory etc, show the disadvantage and advantage of the comercial complex, ande make the knowledge of what a best comercial complex would like:a complex building with each sub-function highly-optimize combined and the agglomeration effect.The second part is "integration of amount". This part focuses on the quantitative of the commercial complex scale. Based on the investigation on the commercial complex, author summarized the business forms'relationship and the combining mode of commercial complexes. Combined with related materials of commercial real estate development, provides a computing model to caculate its sub-funcion's scales, in order to optimize the configuration of sub-funcion's scale at the beginning of the project, and provide reference for later rational design.The third part is "integration of quality". This part focuses on the spacial designs and the traffic line organization between the sub-functions of comercial complex. Based on the Reasonable configuration of the project scale, the paper do the research on the outside traffic line ,organization mode of mater plan and so on at the point of external relations; from the perspective of internal relations, the research focuses on the inner traffic line between sub-funcions, space and traffic combination, in order to realize the symbiosis of different functions and the agglomeration effect such as"whole is greater than its parts"in the intergration of comcial complex.The fouth part is "ovrall integration". This part focuses on the trends and impact factor of architecture fa?ade development, then researches on the comercial complexs'special requriement to the structure and equipment, to reach the organic unity of comercial complex from inside to outside, from space to form.In these four parts, a large number of cases have been referenced.Not only summarizing and improving the previous experience, but also reseraching on the nowdays'new phenomena and new problems. All data in the paper has been tranzformed into the tablelist, for Posterity's further improvement and search easily. At last, the paper do the research on the typical cases to prove author's view before, and try to propose the future development direction of the commercial complex. |
