The Research About The Integrated Design Of Stereo Garage And Commercial Complex

As a kind of parking facility with specialities ,Stereo Garage have been applied gradually in the construction of commercial complex during the pasted years in China. Compared with traditional ground parking lots and plane underground parking lots, Stereo Garage has more free and abundant structure which is suitable for commercial complex from the macro; it needs more complicated crowed transformation system to connect with commercial complex from medium; and from micro it needs conscientious designed interface details to soft the relationship with users. Therefore, being so functional, what role should be played by Stereo Garage in commercial complex? Should it just be a compulsory function carrier or play a more abundant role to enrich customer's commercial experience in commercial complex by some way? This paper tries to reinterpret Stereo Garage, this functional space's role in commercial complex, and it should not only be a facility providing car service, but also architecture serving the people. Stereo Garage and commercial complex's integrated design research is brought up by this paper from an original view. First of all, the paper makes targeted research on the two objects which need to be integrated. This part expounds commercial complex and Stereo Garage's basic concept, classification characteristics and their developing trend. Then, this paper makes a research on the present situation of Stereo Garage used in commercial complex, and expounds two main real situations' application types and conditions. Besides, in order to establish solid basis for the following practical research, it combines a lot of cases to make multi-layered analysis. Based on the two parts of basic research above, this paper comes up with the basic content and rules of Stereo Garage's integrated design and puts forward design strategies against problems showed up in two main application situations. In the last part of the thesis, a chapter of design feedback research is added. By actual project design process, the strategies above can be verified and according to the feedback of application related strategies can be adjusted.
