With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization and new technological development, the living environment of enterprises have changed enormously, the individuation of part , the diversification of market and customers'requirement increased the speed of updating, and maked Multi-Specification& Small Batch become the primary manufacturing style. Product quality was very important as the mostly factor to survive and develop for enterprise in furious competition. In the thesis, it focused on the style of Multi-Specification& Small Batch, research the quality control of process in Multi-Specification& Small Batch, the main research works were as follows:(1) Analyzing the particularity of quality control in Multi-Specification& Small Batchin allusion to problem that the conventional quality control method was difficulty to use in the style of Multi-Specification& Small Batchin, the statusquo of quality control of Multi-Specification& Small Batch in domestic and overseas was summarized and the existing problem of quality control was analyzed, the mostly research content of discourse was ascertained.(2) Through analyzing the character of manufacturing style of Multi-Specification& Small Batch, the rules of quality eigenvalue were researched according as clustering elements, the tactic of quality control in Multi-Specification& Small Batch based on the historical data of part family was brought forward. The diagnostic tactic of working procedure which integrated the solve project of representative quality matter with orthogonal experiment design were put forward to solve the disfigurement of manufacturing process. The tactic of compositive quality control based on quality prevent of working procedure, analyse and diagnosis of quality problem,cost of quality control was brought forward, the configuration of compositive quality control system of Multi-Specification& Small Batch was established, the circulate flow of system was put forward,the system of compositive quality control system of Multi-Specification& Small Batch was empolded by using Microsoft Visual C# as computer language. (3) The existing characteristic of quality eigenvalue transform methods was analyzed, to the different design sizes and precision grades of the key working procedure of historical quality eigenvalue of part family, the best data transformed methods were ascertained under the situation of different precision grades and the position of tolerance, the problem of sample lacking for quality control of Multi-Specification& Small Batch was solved. The technique of data transform based on part family was researched to achieve the object of dynamic controlling the quality of manufacturing process for Multi-Specification& Small Batch. The analytical and diagnostic module was empoldered based on the principium of orthogonal experiment design method, the important extent of influencing quality factors can be countted to get the best compages of factors to keep manufacture process steady, the academic technique support was put forward to achieve the object of analyzing and diagnosing quality disfigurement of working procedure.(5) Take the actual manufacture of heavy roller in heavy-duty equipment corporation as example, the historical axes manufacture information of quality control and the solve projects of quality disfigurement were used to control the key working procedure of heavy roller and solve the problem of rigidity degressive.the system of compositive quality contrtol was applied to give the best compages of influencing factors based on orthogonal experiment design to keep manufacture process steady,the correctness of analyse and diagnoses was proved by continuative manufacturing,and the validity of system of compositive quality contrtol for working procedure was validated.
