Research On Multi-kind And Small Batch Procedure Quality Control Method Under The Lean Production

Product replacement rate is increasing because of market diversification and diversification of customer needs, so the traditional mass production mode is difficult to adapt to the needs of the market and then, and the multi-kind of small batch production has become the main mode of production to adapt to market product trends. Lean production originated in Japan, is one of the best modes of production to reduce costs and improve quality and efficiency. With the growing products and equipment technology updates, people will increasingly pursue "zero defect" lean production. However, how lead into the lean production to the multi-species of small batch production process, and increase the production capacity of the diversification of product variety, in order to adapt to changing market demand while maintaining high efficiency, is one of the main problems facing the modern enterprise.For this reason, this paper studies the method of small quantities of a set of multi-species under lean production process quality control, and on this basis to develop a variety of small quantities of process quality control software system, to complement the on-site management of process quality control.The main content of the paper is as follows:(1) Introduce the concept of lean production and quality control processes. On the basis of a large number of investigation and research to the enterprise, introduce lean production into the multi-kind and small batch production.(2)Focus on the control methods of multi-kind and small batch production. Selected rainbow chart method, proposed using rainbow chart method and improved-rainbow chart method for multi-kind and small batch process quality control.(3) Process quality control is divided into two cases, standard value given or not given. Using the improved-rainbow chart when standard values are given. Otherwise, in line with the principle of lean production, assuming that one of the more strict standard, and the resulting process quality control chart can be achieved for control purposes.
