In the 21 st century,the external environment of rapid social and economic development,as well as people’s pursuit of a better life,promote the increasing demand for diversified and personalized products.In order to quickly seize the market and win the favor of users,enterprises are more and more inclined to change to multi variety and small batch production mode.However,the characteristics of multi variety and small batch production mode are more variety,complex specification and less quantity.In the background of K Group’s multi variety and small batch processing mode,this paper uses the quality management theory and method to analyze the product quality problems in the process of precision machining by using the permutation chart,and classifies them according to the 20 / 80 theory to find out the key defects.In view of the key defects,we use fishbone diagram and other quality tools to analyze the root causes of management from the aspects of human,machine,material,method and environment(4M1E).Finally,according to the analysis of the root causes of management,using Six Sigma,SPC control chart,PDCA and other quality management tools to develop effective management measures from the system and process.The process quality control system of K Group’s multi variety and small batch precision machining precision parts has been improved.In this study,combined with the traditional quality management concept,aiming at the management characteristics of multi variety and small batch of precision machining,a series of quality management schemes were adopted in each dimension of 4M1 E,including prevention first,process optimization and management system improvement.A scheme for quality management of multi variety and small batch precision machining is proposed.
