This subject studied how to achieve the on-line monitoring of the concentration ratio of the power plant cooling water by using sodium meter.With comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the general monitoring methods and on-line monitoring method of the concentration ratio,we proposed the way of on-line monitoring by using sodium meter to the concentration ratio of the power plant cooling water.By the study of the working principle of sodium meter we got the impact factor which influence the accuracy of sodium meter,excluded the interference,and achieved the accurate measurement of sodium ion;As the concentration of sodium ions in the circulating cooling water is high,So the sodium meter used in this study is a large range sodium meter we customized.We confirmed the accuracy of the large range sodium meter by accurate analyse experiments,and then proposed the DGN-9507SM sodium meter to detect the content of sodium ions which can monitor the concentration ratio.At last, combining with the dynamic simulation experiments of the circulating cooling water,we achieved the feasibility study of using sodium meter for on-line monitoring of recycled water.Providing theoretical foundation for the use of sodium meter in on-line monitoring of the concentration ratio.
