In the process of circulating cooling water, People Usually control scaling, corroding with water treatments added to. polyaspartic acid, polyepoxysuccinic acid,Lignin brimstone acid sodium salt and humic acid sodium have no phosphoric, degradation﹑pollution and not generate the second pollution, And has a calcium ions absorption, magnesium, nontoxic and harmless characteristics. This article simulate the process of cooling water quality , Experimental study PASP﹑PESA resistant scaling trait, and compare with the other resistance matter which is Phosphoric matter. to condenser( HSn-70A)experiment PASP,PESA′S corroding trait, adopt orthogonal experimention1 screen out optimized compositional formulation:15mg/L PASP+20mg/L HAS+15mg/Lsodiun gluconate+15mg/L(SLS);experimention2:15mg/LPESA+ 10mg/Lsodium polyacrylate+15mg/Lsodiun gluconate + 15mg/L(SLS),though experiment in erosive electrochemistry study PASP﹑PESA and optimized complex formulas′corroding conduction .finally testing compositional formulation pretest CaCO3 scale effects, at the same time testing carbon steel and stainless(TP316L) carbon steels′corroding conduction ,when the solution is K=3.5,K=4.0.The results indicate, when use PASP optimized compositional formulation, the rate of the Copper is 0.00094mm/a; when use PESA optimized compositional formulation, the rate of the Copper is 0.00089mm/a. when circulating cooling water is K=3.5,the scale inhibition rate of single PASP (PESA) is 62.8% (71.4%), the scale rate of compositional PASP(PESA) formulation is 92.9%(93.2%); when circulating cooling water is K=4.0, the scale rate of single PASP (PESA) is 52.9%(63.4%), the scale inhibition rate of compositional PASP(PESA) formulation is80.3%(84.2%); the corroding rate of copper alloy,carbon steel and stainless carbon steel: the corroding rate of copper alloy is 0.0013mm/a, the corroding rate of carbon steel is 0.0086mm/a, the corroding rate of stainless carbon steel is 0.0001mm/a, the amphi optimized compositional formulation are better scale inhibition effects, and have the higher corroding effects for carbon steel and stainless carbon steel, they will be a perfect application in the process of circulating cooling water.
