| The design of shape of blade which improving the greatest utilizing wind energy of generating set of the wind turbine is the key technology. This paper is based on the method of shape of blade of large scale wind-force machine and the pneumatic character of shape of blade. The certain research in respects have was carried on such as design principle of the blade, revision method, shaping method of high-efficient 3D model and three dimensional model of the blade influents complete machine. Concrete content of research work and conclusions as follows:1) based on design to blade of 750KW horizontal axis' wind turbine. At first, basic parameters of the wind wheel according to the wind character of complete machine, etc. Secondly, after confirming the more commonly method of turning oar, calculating formulae of corner and long spraining in different radius according to actuating concept, plain theory, braze theory and BEM. Finally, designing the formulae of revision parameters of blade to reduce the manufacturing cost.2) Developing a system to design the blade of horizontal axes wind-forces, according to Solid Works secondary development technology and database development technology After confirming sectional parameter formulae of blade and knowing characters of rebuilt three dimensional model of blade according to having cloud data. Design result indicates that applying developed software can fast and convenient shape three dimensional model of blade on kinds of design conditions, and can carry on comparatively individualized design of three dimensional model of blade by reciting data files. So improving the exacting of design and remedying the shortcomings of existing technology.3) According to the principle of load of completed machine, we will cut it into several parts, and calculate to load of different key position. Then calculating load of completed machine under many kinds of leaf shape by using the generally acknowledged load computational analysis software GH Bladed. Evaluating comprehensive performance of designed shape of blade by design software through analyzing steady loaded curve of different key positions, and loaded curves of generating electricity and shutting down normally, etc. |
