With the development of all walks of life,especially the logistics industry,the automated warehouse has gradually become the primary choice for enterprises to solve the storage needs,and it is also a form with high technology level,which tends to replace the traditional warehouse.Automated warehouse can greatly save manpower,material resources,improve storage space utilization rate and operational efficiency.As a supplier of logistics equipment,NOVA is committed to helping enterprise customers put forward and realize reasonable logistics solutions.As the main bearing structure of automated warehouse,the racks plays a key bearing role in the process of loading of automated warehouse,and its reasonable design is also the primary task of logistics planning.Due to the increasing demand of this product in the market,racks as non-standard products,and contains many components,its design needs repeated structural modifications,long-term design period has not adapted to the current growing demand of automated warehouse.Shortening the design periods and improving the design speed to meet the market demand are the urgent problems to be solved by NOVA.This thesis first discusses the research status of parametric design and the secondary development at home and abroad.Based on the analysis of automated warehouse racks design process of NOVA,the parametric platform for the racks of automated warehouse is designed by using SolidWorks software for redevelopment.At the same time,mechanical modeling and strength and stiffness analysis of the main parts are carried out to verify the design results.Finally,the parameterized program control platform is developed in Visual Studio 2010 with C++ language,and three-dimensional model drawings are established to support the platform for parameterized design.The parametric platform needs the support of specific threedimensional model drawings.For the unified version management of three-dimensional model drawings,a document management system is designed.According to the actual demand of the design department for the unified and standardized management of three-dimensional drawings model and design drawings,the management of drawings and documents is completed on the basis of realizing the operation process of the department with the project as the carrier.The parameterized system of automated warehouse shelf based on SolidWorks and the document management system are adopted by the design department.
