Because of fine strength and fatigue resistence, semi-rigid base asphalt pavements are widely used in pavement structures of heavy-traffic road in our country and overseas. lots of cases show crack is the main disease of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement and the cause of early occurrence of diseases of asphalt pavements of highways .After the unbound stone aggregates is provided weth excellent drainage, dispelling reflection cracking function and fine economics understand, flexible pavement structure weth the unbound stone aggregates base will become an important structure of high-graded road pavement which is diversification developing in the future.First of all, This thesis according to the n value and the even design method calculate first to goes together with in response to the primary election class, through the unbound stone aggregates base level of thick gather to anticipate constituting of framework of the regulation carry on a thorough research, and through CBR value and crevice rate select the best grading. We analyze influence factor of the unbound stone aggregates modules, the CBR value, the plastic deformation, modules of resilience. Carrying on the experiment with modules of resilience, the CBR experiment and provides the reasonable design variance for the material design and the structural design. We analyze the anti-crack mechine of unbound stone aggregates base.Secondly, we systematically researched the construction technique of the superhighway's unbound stone aggregates base and put forward suitable the construction quality control index sign of superhighway's unbound stone aggregates base in Hunan, the effect was good in the actual engineering application. Finally, according to the rule of the whole tests, it gives some advice on how to carry on the subsequently research.
