The Research On Policy Of Building Energy Efficiency In Shanxi Province

As the development of society, economy, science and technology in depth, The energy issues gradually have emerged, Energy efficiency is an important component of energy issues, Good building energy planning and appropriate building energy efficiency policies for the promotion of building energy efficiency carried out in Shanxi Province have very important significance.Building Energy efficiency has developed for decades years in West, energy policy and technology are very mature; Chinese government had proposed the policies on energy conservation in the early eighties. At present, because of many factors in economy, geography and so on , building energy started late.Building energy policy is lagging behind, so there are many problems to be solved.In this paper, according to compare the domestic and international building energy efficiency policies, It has combined with four fields trips in the Yangquan, Jincheng, Taiyuan City, in-depth understanding of building energy efficiency policy development status of Shanxi province, pointing out the problems in building energy efficiency policies and analysising lack of implementation of building energy efficiency policies in Shanxi Province reasons. In this paper, It has analysised the building energy efficiency policies, using the basic principles of management, combining with the developed areas of foreign and domestic building energy efficiency in the field of mature experience, it makes recommendations of building energy efficiency in Shanxi Province to develop building energy policy planning framework. The research has provided a realistic basis for building energy efficiency policies regulations and construction in Shanxi Province.
