Study On The Planning Of Ecological Manor In Shanxi Province

In the process of using rural idle resources,especially the idle and semi-idle resources in the poverty rural areas,to carry out diversified economic construction,the ecological manors construction has exert multiple benefits like improves the ecological environment and increases farmers' income.The ecological manors construction is a successful practice of the ecological civilization construction and the rural revitalization strategy,which is put forward respectively in the report of the 18th and 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Because of its particularity,the ecological manors construction is difficult.At present,there are many problems in the planning of ecological manors,such as the simplification in landscape,the lack of regional culture showing,the ambiguous location,repeated construction,as well as the lack of outstanding characteristics.In view of this present situation,research on the planning of Shanxi ecological manors is carried out.This study defines the concept,connotations and characteristics of ecological manors;summarizes the construction status of Shanxi ecological manors in the construction model,industrial positioning,space distribution,landscape characteristics through a large number of field investigation,literture review and other methods combined with the actual cases;and then analyzes the main problems.By using the methods of expert interview and analytic hierarchy process,this study combs the planning elements of ecological manors;analyzes the weight of each element in the planning process;and puts forward the planning principles,planning steps,and the main points of industry and landscape in ecological manors' planning.Shanxi ecological manors have diversified construction types and achieved multiple benefits.Through AHP,it is concluded that in the first-degree elements,benefit element occupy the largest weight,with the weight of 0.3491,and the second are landscape,connotation and scale,with the weight of 0.1843.In the planning and construction of the ecological manor,must pay attention to the top 20 elements which are in the implementation plans level.The landscape of ecological manor adopts different planning strategies according to different types.Besides,the further research direction of ecological manors' planning and construction is discussed.Based on aforesaid research,this study presents some draft methods and suggestions for ecological manors'planning to supplement the theoretical system for eco-manor planning and explore the planning methods of ecological manors in the process of carrying out rural revitalization strategy in Shanxi Province.
