| The transformation and upgrading of energy structure,the development and utilization of new energy and the promotion of the use of clean energy have become the inevitable trend of the sustainable development of social economy and environment.Shanxi Province,as a typical resource-based province,has long relied on the use of coal and other fossil energy for its economic development.It is of great significance to promote the transformation and upgrading of energy structure,adhere to green transformation and develop new energy.This research takes Shanxi Province as the research object,mainly including three aspects:First,based on the measurement data of 15 meteorological stations in Shanxi Province from 2005 to 2019,the appropriate evaluation indexes were selected,and the distribution of wind energy resources throughout the year in Shanxi Province was evaluated by spatial interpolation processing of the indexes with kriging interpolation method in GIS software.Second,based on the data of land use and terrain distribution in Shanxi Province,this paper makes suitability evaluation and analysis on the suitable construction area of wind farm in Shanxi Province,and estimates the available amount of wind energy resources in Shanxi Province under the constraints of social economy,technology,terrain and other natural factors.Third,according to the available amount of wind energy resources in Shanxi Province,this paper analyzes the interval planning of wind energy resources development in Shanxi Province,and puts forward reasonable development and management suggestionss.The results show that:(1)The annual average 80m upper air wind speed in Shanxi Province decreases from northeast to southwest,with the highest wind speed of 8.4m/s and the lowest wind speed less than 3m/s.In the four seasons of the year,the activity of upper air speed is more intense in spring and winter.In summer,the air activity is relatively stable,and the variation range of wind speed is small.(2)The annual distribution of effective wind hours in Shanxi Province gradually decreases from west to east in the northern part of Shanxi Province;In the southern part of Shanxi Province and the southern part of Jinzhong,Linfen and Changzhi are the centers,from the inside to the outside,the effective wind hours gradually increase.The average annual wind power density in Shanxi Province is larger in the eastern region and smaller in the western region.In the northern,central and southeastern regions of Shanxi Province,the wind power density gradually decreases from northeast to southwest.The southwest area of Shanxi increased gradually from north to south.Wind power density is generally higher in spring and lowest in summer throughout the year.(3)The total area suitable for wind farm construction in Shanxi Province is58862km2,and the total installed number of Vestas V90 wind turbines is 294,302,with a total installed capacity of 882936 MW.The annual power generation of wind farm construction in suitable areas can reach 153000GWh,accounting for 67.68%of the total social power consumption in 2019 in Shanxi Province.(4)In the whole planning stage,the power distribution of large industry is the largest,[4.55,9.00]×1010KWh,followed by the power distribution of residential life,[4.57,8.31]×1010KWh,and the power distribution of agriculture is the smallest,[3.99,7.15]×1010KWh.The total economic benefit is[0.67,1.84]×1011yuan.Wind power generation brings the highest economic benefit[1.79,6.06]×1010yuan to general industry,and the lowest economic benefit[1.18,3.58]×1010yuan to agriculture. |
