With global weather change warmer and energy crisis broke out, energy supply becomes tensely increasingly. As an important part of total energy consumption, building energy consumption rise from 10%at the end of the 1970's to 27.45%these recent years, and will finally up to about 35%.The intention of this research is to understand and record the influence that weather change has on energy consumption within building. With this understanding, building design parameter can be changed to effectively counter the bad influence and at the same time, retain the good effect of weather change. This facilitate the changes required on《Design specification for building energy conservation》and shall provide a more constructive and meaningful directive.The content of this research and the completed work show as follow:1. This research introduce weather data type day by day and China typical meteorological year used in energy consumption analysis. At the same time, supply several normal methods of weather stimulation in the world, and future forecast weather data model and process of obtaining forecast data, then finally get our country future data of wether.2.This research uses energy optimize design method, setup the parameter of typical office building model according to least limit in《Public building energy saving standard》, do stimulation analysis of typical building model in energyplus software.Refer to the influence of weather change to office building, this research has analysed sensitivity of building design parameter on external wall, roof, external window, windows for wall, then study and understand the design parameter which influenced the building energy-consumption worst.Through doping out the future climate data, it can be found that temperature rising up in later 50 years according to the weather change data, relative humidity increase a little, sun-radiate intensity enhance in summer,but reduce in winter etc. Based on the current weather data and data in 2050's, this research simulate the energy consumption on the building model, then find the cold load of unit building area increases in 13 KWh/m2, at the same time, heat load reduced in 10 KWh/m2. Totally speaking, Weather change will bring bad influence to building energy consumption.Finally, this research analyses sensitivity of the influence on building energy consumption by weather change, then get that the maximum design parameter which influence the building energy consumption is heat transfer coefficient of external window. Refer to current《Public building energy-saving criterion》, we adjust the criterion bound in XI'AN and some other similarity areas, adjust the maximum heat transfer coefficient of external window from 2.7 W/(m2·K) to 2.4 W/(m2·K), all of these will make the building which designed refer to the current《energy-saving criterion》adapt to the weather change better.
