Architectural Energy Saving in China is attracted constant attention, not only because of the whole world's energy problems become more prominent, but also because of China's rapid economic development, we must try our best to handle the relationship between the environment and energy. This is a people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, a scientific concept of development and also a important aspect of building a conservation-oriented society. In China, public buildings have a large number, the construction also has a large scale, the problem of energy consumption has become more and more serious. Office building is a public building of a more general type. There is a large demand for it. Office buildings have an evidently impact for energy and environmental. Due to its own function of the complexity and diversity of design. so our overall building energy efficiency goals had directly impacted by the implement energy-saving efforts and the depth to a large extent to office buildings. We are also aware that the office building's energy efficiency problems are engaged in a series of exploratory research is of strategic significance at the moment.In this paper use the dynamic energy simulation software D0E-2IN for the typical cold Xi'an. The Office building models build by the questionnaire around Xi'an and public buildings with energy-saving norms. Analysis focused on the typical cold cities of Xi'an, Beijing, Lhasa. The writer analyzes the relationships between the thermal design parameters (the window wall ratio, shape factor, the walls and roof of heat transfer coefficient) and building energy consumption. The writer expects to derive the thermal design parameters on the energy consumption of sensitivity. It is the first time to Analysis the three typical cities' sameness and distinctness. The first time was the principal component analysis method using SPSS statistical software to study four thermal design parameters of various cities in the typical energy of the combined effects of poor.The research findings of the energy-saving design of office buildings and office buildings associated with the formulation of the standards will guide.
