Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of our country's economy and its acceleration of urbanization, the construction industry grows increasingly and has become one of the leading industries in economy development. However, the process of development has brought about lot energy consumption and a huge barrier in human's sustainable development. At present, the action of energy saving and emission reduction should be regarded as both a big policy in our country and the urgent need of dealing with the change of global climate.The building with 50 percent energy-saving construction, whose heating energy consumption accounts for only around half of the non-energy-saving building, can keep indoor temperature in 16 to 18 degrees or so in winter and also make the inside building envelope structure's surface temperature maintain high avoiding dew or mildew, meanwhile, improving the winter's indoor thermal environment notably. Since energy saving building envelope e structure has good heat insulation, its coefficient is higher, which is extremely advantageous in summer. Thus, it does benefit both in summer and winter.Aim at making new buildings meet energy requirements of standard,50 percent must be saved on the source. The priority must be paid to the resource. First, we have to design the building of 50 percent energy saving, then construct it in strict accordance with the drawing, finally we may finish the construction with the standard buildings.For 50 percent of energy saving, a building envelope function has analyzed with properties of each component of envelope structure, comprehensive outdoor air temperature during the period of adopting heat, heat transferring coefficient in the envelope structure and indoor thermal environment index and so on. Above analysis, it were precisely calculated that the building heat consumption index and coal-heat system consumption index. This measure meets the requirement of design and lays solid foundation for 50 percent energy-saving new kind building. Also, it provides more designs on the choice of the ways of building outside facade shape, external wall thermal insulation, doors, windows, the proportion of windows and walls, and roof insulation.The main research results and findings of this paper as follows:Consideration must be given to the saving effect of envelope structure during the design. Because it is the main component of building, and have the function of collecting and regenerating heat. It also plays role in heat dissipating channels and is the key factor that influences indoor thermal environment; While designing the energy-saving envelope structure, several main factors should be taken into consideration are:building directions, shape coefficient, window wall area ratio, the outside door air-tightness, stairwells open or no; The calculation method of envelope structure effective heat transferring coefficient is important and deduced; The energy computation methods and inspection standard were introduced and recommended following Energy -saving measures in heating system and air condition system. Testing data to the building show that design of saving energy rate of 50 percent can satisfy requirement.
