Office buildings account for a large proportion of energy consumption,insufficient of energy-saving strategies,and great potential for energy saving.Sensitivity analysis can find the main influencing factors of building energy consumption,so as to provide reference for designers,managers and engineer in the construction of new buildings,building renovations and building operations,clarify the main factors affecting building energy consumption,and ignore the secondary ones,focus on the main factors of energy conservation.This article first conducts a comprehensive survey of office buildings,and uses Openstudio and Sketchup to establish the basic models of typical office buildings---bar model and zigzag model.Determine the values of the parameters for the model,including the shape parameters,the envelope structure,the indoor heat gain and the air conditioning system and other related parameters.Based on the investigation parameters in the dynamic energy simulation software Energyplus,the basic energy consumption model of a typical building is established.And construct the six types of air conditioning systems commonly used in office buildings---constant air volume system,fan coil system,integrated heat pump system,variable air volume air conditioning system,variable refrigerantion volume system,output energy consumption simulation results.Three methods of room temperature fluctuation analysis,month-by-month energy consumption,and comparison of actual energy consumption indicators of office buildings were used to verify the energy consumption simulation results.Output the lighting energy consumption,cooling energy consumption,heating energy consumption and total building energy consumption of six air-conditioning systems,and analyze the energy consumption characteristics of different air-conditioning systems in typical office buildings.Use Simlab to define and sample the input parameters,generate 1000 building models,and call Energyplus software in Jeplus for batch calculation.Two sensitivity analysis methods,standardized regression coefficients(SRC)and standardized rank regression coefficients(SRRC),were used to analyze the sensitivity of the energy consumption simulation output.Energy consumption data shows that lighting control has a significant energy saving effect compared to lighting without lighting control.The energy consumption of the six air-conditioning systems of the zigzag building is higher than that of the bar building,and the energy consumption of the six air-conditioning systems is obtained.Sorting,the proportion of the energy consumption of the air conditioning system of the fan coil and the fresh air system and the proportion of the total energy consumption The results of the sensitivity analysis show that the trends of standardized regression coefficients(SRC)and standardized rank regression coefficients(SRRC)are basically the same;the importance rankings of input parameters that affect bar buildings and zigzag buildings are obtained,and the design parameters and Air-conditioning system parameters are given in two aspects of energy-saving optimization plan.
