Performance of buildings can be divided into safety, fittingness, durability, anti-disaster capacity, economy and sociability, etc. When the safety of structures are guaranteed, the problems affect construction function, equipment and facilities come to the fittingness of the structure. Fittingness of the structure would also affect the structure safety. It should ensure the proper functioning of the equipment and facilities. It contains fittingness of structure and non-structure elements(crack, deformation, leakage), decoration fittingness(anti-skid property) , building occupancies(design of building, naturallighting and ventilation, heat-supply, sound and heat insulation), corollary equipment(indoor heat-supply facility, envelope thermal transfer), pipes in building(power supply and distribution facilities, thermal effect of maximum short-circuit current, cable core temperature in the maximum current). In this paper, fundamental theory of fuzzy mathematics, AHP and grey evaluation are used to build up the evaluation model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and grey hierarchy method. Its characteristic is: using membership function and grey theory to set up the evaluation set; using AHP to set up the weighted sets; build up the weighted mean model as the comprehensive evaluation model; using the greatest degree of membership and closing degree to define the class of the fittingness. Here give an example of Multi-storey reinforced concrete structure, use grey hierarchy method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to fix out the fittingness class of the building. Give out the feasibility of these two methods, and analys their respective advantages and disadvantages.
