The steam turbine is the Thermal power plant important equipment, and therefore the safety of the power plant as an important part of the steam turbine safety, to a great extent, have decided the safety of the power plant. In the light of the steam turbine safety assessment, the grey theory and fuzzy ahp combined multilevel gray fuzzy system comprehensive evaluation method was proposed.The first put forward the characterization of the steam turbine power safety evaluation index system, and gives the specific of evaluation content, the index calculation method and the index of online access to, and at the same time according to different types of index, gives different index standardization method.Second is determined by using Analytic Hierarchy Process evaluation index system of each index layer features vector-valued, and in determining the specific index layer features vector-valued, introduced the principle of variable weight specific index layer features vector-valued amended. In determining the type characteristic vector layer, according to the different factors on the influence of the safety, to influence the type of system layer of index weight factors of the corresponding classification, again through the affecting factors to determine the relative importance of judgement category layer features vector. Finally, according to the turbine safety evaluation system power of the particularity, the traditional trigonometrical whitenization weight function is improved, and to obtain an improved asymmetric trigonometrical whitenization weight function. Use the whitenization weight function characteristic the feature vector of the clustering, get clustering vector. Finally, get the clustering vector, cluster analysis, to determine the level of security steam turbine power plantAccording to the analysis, the conclusion is drawn that the method can effectively classify the safety level of the steam turbine safety assessment and provide a quantitative evaluation method of the steam turbine safety assessment.Finally take GUIDE as the tool, used MATLAB GUI software design and development the steam turbine safety evaluation system online software.
