With the development of economy, shipping industry has been gradually developed and stepped mature stage. Especially in the current economic situation, shipping enterprise faces all sorts of difficulties and challenges, so it is important to reduce the cost of shipping enterprise as far as possible. The spare parts inventory is a big cost in shipping enterprise, therefore, spare parts management has great significance that as one of the important content of a modern shipping enterprise managementThere are two aspects research of ship spare parts in this paper. It is about the spare parts inventory and allocation method of spare parts.The stock of spare parts in the ship on the research, this paper introduces some methods of spare parts warehouse inventory determined, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of various methods, and then in full consideration to the ship sails in the process of long missions, strength, spare parts and the number of consumption, and puts forward the relative factors, such as a research method, this method is mainly studied by ship operating reliability for target, based on reliability mathematics model to determine the ship and the method of spare parts inventory analysis through examples, pointing out the application of this method to meet operating ship and effectively control spare parts inventory cost of practical significance.In the allocation of spare parts, introducing several ships spare method which was put forward on the basis of using the availability of spare parts for the center allocation methods, this method considers the reliability and maintainability of ship spare parts, application effect of Monte Carlo simulation method of optimal allocation scheme. This method for the traditional method of considering factors, so it can better reflect the real situation of demand, more practical. Then the method to optimize the sailing ship, is the process of segments, divided into two stages and crossing has studied, the result of optimization method is to ship the spare more accurate and practical solutions.
