The infrared moon simulator is the subject of reliability growth provides for the development of the equipment, which is mainly used for moon interference and identification test. This article describes the overall structure of the infrared moon simulator, composition and basic functions, and the infrared moon simulator optical system has been discussed in detail . Discusses the collimator optical system of the composition and optical system layout. Because the germanium collimation lens is the most important of the infrared moon simulator, so focus on the design of the germanium collimation lens. According to optical design requirements of the infrared moon simulator, identified germanium collimation lens optical structural parameters. Which mainly include determination refractive index of the germanium collimating lens , choice the shape of germanium collimation lens, Determine to the center thickness, diameter, radius of curvature and focal length of the germanium collimation lens. Conducted a theoretical calculation of energy through the conversion of energy to change the aperture diameter to simulate the phase of the moon changes. Proposed coating method, alignment straight lens processing errors are analyzed. Identified the establishment of the optical axis germanium collimation lens method, the transition mirror, flat mirror (both sides), and the aperture was adjusted.
