| With the development of society and the arrival of the information age,a series of social unrest threatens people’s personal and property security,Security surveillance lens is becoming more and more important,among which pinhole lens is widely used in public security forensics,reconnaissance,anti-terrorism,high-temperature furnace,industrial testing and other special occasions.At present,fixed focal length pinhole lens is widely used in the market,but for the need to change the scene(observation distance,field of vision)observation,it is necessary to choose the corresponding focal length lens according to the actual measurement,which undoubtedly adds a lot of work to the observation process.Based on the above content,this paper carried out the study of zoom pinhole lens optical system and design,this article embarks from the pinhole lens design present situation,determine the technical indexes of the system,based on basic theory of the zoom optical system,the movement of the zoom optical system are analyzed,and the gaussian solving process of the zoom optical system is derived,identified in this paper,the design of the zoom zoom system use type.According to the aberration theory,the aberration and correction methods of the pinhole lens optical system are analyzed in detail.For the asymmetric optical system with aperture in front,the off-axis aberration,such as astigmatism,field curvature and distortion,is optimized.In this paper,ZEMAX software is used to design an optical system of a pinhole lens with a continuous and variable zoom length of 4~16mm.The 1/3in CCD image receiver is used for image acquisition,and the field Angle range can reach 74°~21°,which ensures a small monitoring dead Angle,F number is 2~8,and the picture will not be too blurred in dark places.The zoom length pinhole lens designed in this paper has the advantages of large field Angle,large relative aperture,excellent imaging quality,standard spherical design,the use of domestic glass material,stable process performance,low production cost,multi-scene application and so on.Through the tolerance analysis of the lens,the analysis results show that the tolerance is reasonable,the overall performance is good,suitable for mass production.The cam curve fitting shows smooth and no process. |
