The paper aims to realize the transferred and managed operation system in the electrical power in the oil field factory level by using the development tool Delphi and Access database. The main achievements of the paper are:1. The Objective Abstraction of the Electric Fence System Control Instruments in the Factory Level and the Design of its Concept Model.The object in the system is accordance with the objective requirement of the practical electric fence. The redundancy is up to its minimum. The object can reflect the objective message and character in reality. The concept model has the feature of reality. It can reflect the activity of the electric fence control, and it can be understood easily.2. The Realization of the Order of Many Kinds of Transferred and Managed Tickets and the Print Function.It can realize the order, print and save of six types of many kinds of transferred and managed tickets by simple option and edit operations.3. The Dynamic Management of the Circuit Power Switch.By using this function, the user can add or cancel the circuit power switch according to the practical situation. At the same time, the series of the operation assembles corresponding to the switch can provide and cancel the requirement adapting to the route dynamic change.4. To Realize the Development of the System by Using Delphi7.0 and Access 2003 Database.The system series is under the design of this system. It has the following emphases and difficulties:⑴The Abstraction of the System Object and the Design of the Concept ModelThis is the base and key in the development and realization of the system. Because it faces a rather strange profession, so it is also a difficulty. On the basis of the meaning of the profession, the learning and understanding of the rule, by extracting, analyzing and classifying many times, it abstracts the object related to the system scientifically; using the database theory and the normalized method, it designed and optimized the system concept model.⑵The Edit and Save of the Operation Ticket ImmediatelyThe operation ticket formed through choice operation should allow the user to amend its content and save it by the way of transparency. This is a difficulty. After researching the related existing technology, we're sure to adopt the graphic way and the method combined with control to solve and amend the problem, using the audit trail to perform the save function.⑶The Filter of the Operation Type and the Dynamic Production of the Operation Ticket OrderBecause each switch number corresponds with a group pf related operation type, and the related operation corresponding the number is not only difference but also cross, so it is a key how to relieve the input burden of the user, to improve the operation accuracy and the operation type filter corresponding the switch number. It's also a difficulty. This paper adopts the way corresponding with the first character to check to solve this problem well. At the same time, the switch number matches along with the circuit, and adopts the way of character string variable to realize the dynamic production of the operation ticket order, and guarantee the normal and accuracy of it.
