Compared with the old signal system, the (signal system of) quasi-moving block shortens the safe distance of inter-train tracking interval and improves railway passing capability. However, the train movements on their paths encounter a large number of random and unexpected incidents deviated from the various transport schemes, and moreover, for the train running, the possibilities of the stochastic interference will increase with the extension of the running distance of the train, resulting in trains frequently deviated from the operating plan, which means the delays as the intuitive performance for the train running. At this point, real-time adjustment based on the needs of the traffic is necessary for the dispatchers, that is, the implementation of train operation adjustment.According to the computation regulations of train hauling, the thesis establishes the computation model of train movement, analyzing every kind of work conditions during the train movement. By taking analysis of train control style on quasi-moving block, we find out the mathematical model of train tracking interval, and analyze the bottleneck problem of traffic density. This thesis includes further researches on the other factors which influence the train tracking interval, especially for the effect of tracking interval in the station throat design. We develop a real-time simulation system based on the quasi-moving block. The software can complete the whole tracking simulation of train from starting, moving to section, and finally stopping in station on different lines, in condition of different trains and different tracking combinations ordered by the user.According to the requirement of train movement adjustment under wicked conditions, the simulation research applying the train movement characteristics of abnormal tracking is indeed. The thesis also analyzes the movement curve of back-running tracking train at the time of the forward-movement speed of protection falling, and makes the contrast researches under different interference degrees, different train performances, different occlusion section length , different start intervals time and so .The conclusion obtained can provide certain reference for train movements and traffic commands under special conditions.
