The Research Of CIM Modeling For The Power Secondary System And Its Interface Based On IEC61970

With the requirement of the integrative construct of the power system, in order to avoid the various shortage of the "information sing-island", the CIM of the primary system is not satisfy the development of the power system. At the same time, several systems such as relay protection and fault information system, wide area protection system and WAMS need to exchange information with the secondary system. Therefore, the secondary system CIM modeling becomes actual requirement of the power system development.Aim at the prolems hereinbefore, this paper gives a further research for CIM modeling of the secondary system on the basis of the analysis of the primary system CM modeling, and established a whole CM model for the secondary network with the Unified Modeling Language and Rational Rose. Then the paper gives the research of the mode exchange of the CM interface.Detailedly, these tasks are given in this paper:1 A further research for CM modeling of the primary system has been given, then gives the principle, the basal method and step, and the characteristic of the CM modeling.2 Mastered the generic process and the technical demand of the CM modeling on the basis of the research of UML and Rational Rose.3 Combined with the characteristics and requirements of Chinese power system, established a whole CM model for the secondary network through providing a normal method, that is to say this model includes public classes and attributes for the objects, as well as the relationships between them.4 Analyzed the syntax of the RDF Schema, completed transformation between UML model and CM XML/RDF document.5 Studied the SVG graphics criterion, considered the correlative factors of graphics interchange format, such as meta objects, data interchange format and document objects criterion, completed the transformation between SVG graphics format and private graphics format.The innovative point of this paper is that the principle and basal method and step is given, and a whole CM model for the secondary network is established, also completed the transformation of the CM interface information.
