In modern society, the development of the economy and science and technolo-gy progress more and more quickly, the land for construction is more and more shortage, so the high-rise building and tall building change into the main develo-pping direction of the construction industry, in order to be able to meet operatin-g requirements of the high-rise building, transfer floor structure becomes more a nd more extensive application. Transfer floor structure has many forms, one of t-he most widely used forms is girder transfer story.Girder transfer story structure has many advantages, including the mechanica-I performance is good, the force transmission way is clear, simple construction a-nd simple calculation, etc. Usually, girder transfer story is widely used in high-ris-e building. However, due to the upper construction requirements of the actual e-ngineering in this article, part of components of the upper layer of the transfer f-Ioor can’t all fell on to the main transfer beam, in this case, the transfer structu-re need secondary transfer beams. The high-rise building concrete technology reg-ulation rules:B level height high-rise shearwall structure supported by frame bui-Iding which has transfer floor, unsuitable to use primary-secondary beam transfo-rmation. Standard did not make clear a regulation that cannot use primary-seco-ndary beam transformation. Therefore, this article will take primary-secondary be-am transformation to research, study on seismic performance and mechanical be-havior of high-rise building, and put forward some suggestions of the applicationi-n low intensity (6-7degrees) region.This paper first use SATWE which developed by Engineering Department of China Academy of Building Research to analysis the model, get the various ind-exes which control the integrity of structrre, comparing calculation results with th-e standard, determine the rationality of the model calculation. At the same time, under the premise of high conversion, get the result that the change trend of th-e indexes along with the increase of transfer storey height.Aiming to the analysis of the transformation structure, this paper uses FEQ which developed by Engineering Department of China Academy of Building Rese-arch. According to the finite element analysis, getting the conclusion of the prima-ry and secondary beams conversion force transmission way; in the actual enginee-ring design, we should pay attention to the destruction places of likely to happen in the constant load and the seismic load, and gives corresponding strengthenin-g measures. On the calculation model of the rarely met earthquake dynamic elastic-plastic analysis, get the maximum response curve and the floor of internal force of the floor, at the same time, through the structure of the ability to get curve, the de-mand curve and the calculating collapsed, proving the feasibility of primary and secondary beam transformation form in the region of the earthquake intensity of7degrees.
