With the development of new technologies and new economy, production model has been changed from the mass production to lower volume production, traditional SPC technology is facing on lots of challenges and difficulties since the Normal Distribution theory is getting troubles from the less data basis and less sample size. Both international and domestic experts are developing more and more short-run SPC technologies.Based on the production of Diehl Synchrotech Manufacturing (Wuxi) Co.,ltd ---the company which author is working, this thesis discussed the necessity and feasibility of establishing multi-product & small batch (short-run) SPC technology; With historical data or without historical data , this article discussed standard model for each new SPC control charts e.g. DNOM X -R Chart,Standardize Chart ,and described how to create these charts by details,; Further, after comparing these new SPC technology's highlights and lowlights, author introduced the Relative Standard technologies to SPC in-line control, standardize all quality characters which come from different products, get enough data and samples size for analysis ,if these data meet normal distribution, SPC will focus on the controlling of machine and process rather than different products, and get rid of influences from product own. According this theory, author create one multi-specification & lower volume's Control System based on Access of Microsoft, this system can display the changing curve of control chart in timely and provide different functions which your need,e.g CPK and Control Limits'calculation and other data's inquiry etc. On the meantime, this article discussed how to calculate the CPK value according to the different technologies of the DNOM X -R Chart,Standardize Chart and relative standard Chart; All of these discussions are under both situations: focus on one product or focus on whole process.
