With the rapid development,popularization and penetration of new-generation intelligent technologies,autonomous vehicle will play an important role in the future smart transportation system.However,due to the current technical bottleneck of autonomous vehicles and the inherent problems of single-vehicle intelligence,its operational safety in road traffic networks is causing widespread concerns.In order to ensure the safety of the road traffic environment with autonomous vehicles and to achieve integrated and precise organization and scheduling of autonomous vehicles,this paper proposes a virtual track theory on the basis of fully drawing on the railway train operation control ideas and methods to create conditions for the management of large-scale autonomous vehicles in road traffic scenarios..The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)This article first introduces the domestic and foreign development status of autonomous driving and summarizes the domestic and foreign research status related to autonomous driving control.Based on this,the research purpose,research content and technical roadmap of this article are determined.(2)Analysis of management and control of autonomous vehicles based on virtual track theory.This paper analyzes the limitations and drawbacks of autonomous vehicles at this stage and explains the background of the virtual track.The theory of vehicle-road coordinative autonomous driving and virtual track is elaborated.On this basis,the construction process of virtual track is described in detail and the management and control methods of autonomous vehicles in the virtual track scenario are analyzed.(3)The construction and algorithm design of the management and control model for autonomous vehicles based on virtual tracks.Constructing the management and control model of autonomous vehicles that aims to minimize the total running time cost of autonomous vehicles and introduce virtual track constraints to improve the management and control of large-scale autonomous vehicles on the basis of ensuring the safe driving of autonomous vehicles.The particle swarm optimization algorithm is designed to solve the model under large-scale conditions.This article forms a complete set of theories and methods for management and control of autonomous vehicle in the virtual track scenario.(4)Design and development of autonomous vehicle management and control system based on virtual track.This article takes the large-scale autonomous driving vehicle control on the highway as a demand point and takes the realization of the function including displaying the temporal-spatial distribution of vehicles,time-space trajectory diagram optimization,automatic adjustment of time-space trajectory diagram in emergencies and the management and control model and algorithm for autonomous vehicles as design goals.The C# programming has been used to develop the management and control system for highway autonomous driving vehicles.(5)Case study.In this paper,the Beijing-Tianjin highway section is selected as an example for research.The developed system and SIMLite software are used to solve and visualize the management and control process of autonomous vehicles on the BeijingTianjin highway section,which verifies the effectiveness of the management and control model and algorithm proposed in this article and the suitability of the developed system.Figures:43;Tables:12;References:83.
