The rolling bearing test rig is designed to achieve the comparative test results between single-phase fluid and two-phase flow and fluid lubricated bearings,with evaluation indicators of average temperature of the outer ring and frictional work, and to realize the measurement of rolling bearings and motor speed,the average temperature of the outer ring of bearing,frictional work,load,and so on.The main topic of this thesis is to achieve rolling bearing test rig control system and testing system with single-chip,that is,to take single-chip as master control,with the A / D,D / A converter unit supporting single-chip system to complete full control function of the test rig apart from the human-computer interfaces which is done by the computer.The structure and mechanical components of the rolling bearing test rig is briefly introduced in this thesis.The overall design of the control system of the test rig is also designed.The control system is divided into five different function modules,and the means of communication between the five modules are determined.According to the load request of the test rig,the loading system is designed,with the form of hydraulic loading through the analysis and comparison of several forms.The principle and components of the hydraulic loading system are described at detail,and the design choice on the hydraulic component is made. Rolling bearing test bed control system includes the main control module,the pressure servo control module,data acquisition modules,motor speed torque test module,as well as human-computer interface module.Among them,the human-computer interface module is used to record and display data,and input a variety of control command;the control module is used to control the overall operation of the system;data acquisition modules is used to collect the measured temperature of the bearing's outer ring;the pressure servo control module is used to precisely control pressure of the hydraulic system;speed torque motor module is used to test the speed and torque of spindle motor.The human-computer interface which is achieved by the computer is briefly introduced in this thesis, while the design of the remaining four blocks under the realization of single-chip, including the selection and the circuit design of single-chip,are introduced at detail.In addition,the pressure servo control module and the software design of the control module as well as the enactment of multi-communication protocol are also presented at detail in this thesis.
