Distributing Rolling Bearing Error Measuring System

Mechanical error measuring instrument is still used on the error measurement of rolling bearing by many internal bearing companies. For this measuring method, not only the measuring efficiency is low but also exists personal reading error, so the mechanical error measuring instrument is rebuilt and a kind of distributed rolling bearing error measuring system is designed. This system adopts the high-precision inductance displacement sensor to replace the old wiggling spring meter. The single-chip system cored on 89C51 can collect, dispose the rolling bearing error data and display the error measuring results by itself, send out warning message to the detail whose error is over the limitation, then convey its data to the PC by serial communication so that data statistics and error analysis can be done later. The research on the measuring system has some utilitarian value.
