| The prime mover simulation system is the important equipment in the power system dynamic simulation. It simulates the real prime mover (hydraulic turbine and steam turbine) and its governor in power system, so as to study the big disturbance question and electromechanical transition process in the power system. Currently, the domestic prime mover simulation system is shifted gradually from analog control to analog and digital hybrid control. That is conducive to overcoming the shortcomings, such as the complexity of its structure, the easy aging of its electronic components, susceptibility to temperature and poor anti-jamming ability. The simulation system of governor mentioned in this paper adopts digital design computer program, it utilize computer software to replace the function of analogue circuit. Above shortcomings of analogue circuit are well overcome. The reliability and automation degree of the prime mover simulation system are improved also.Firstly, the development process of the prime mover simulation system, the main research work, and the source and significance of the topic are given. Then the hardware structure, principle, and characteristics of the digital control part in the prime mover simulation system are introduced. In addition, the burning method of address decoding in PLD chips is also introduced. The design idea and process of the main program are present in the prime mover simulation system. The resources and programming of the interruption in the 80C196KC are introduced detailedly. The discretization programming is analyzed detailedly in the governor model of system. According to the problem that the oil motivation model of hydraulic turbine exists quantization error during integral loop, a"fixed deposit by installments"method is put forward. The shocking problem in hydraulic turbine operating is resolved in some extent, which improves the response speed and control accuracy of system. The rate sudden changing and the insensitive regions of the speed measurement in the double pulse are analyzed and demonstrated, and the solutions that the slot size of the gear in speed measurement is reduced and the time of speed measurement is limited are proposed. Moreover, in order to improve the stability and reliability of system operation, the software and hardware filters are designed in analog acquisition and the experience of the anti-jamming in software operation are described in detail.Finally, hardware and software are debugged and the methods of debugging errors in part of the software are summed up in this article. The experimental result shows that the system's hardware and software design is feasible. |
