| The very important part of the dynamometer transmission is the bearings which are used to support its intermediate shaft.The bearing’s strength,fatigue resistance and service life have a direct impact on the accuracy and reliability of the dynamometer test.So the bearing’s performance parameters must be tested.Through testing,the service life of the bearing under different working conditions and the factors affecting its service life are analyzed.So as to guide us in the production practice to regularly maintain or replace the bearing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the dynamometer test.Therefore,the research on this topic is of great practical significance.Firstly,the development of bearing test bench at home and abroad has been introduced in this paper.According to the structural parameters and the actual working conditions of the bearings of the dynamometer transmission,the main design requirements of the hydraulic loading test system for the bearings of the dynamometer transmission are presented.The overall structure design of the test system is determined.The key devices or structures of the test system are selected or designed.The static analysis and vibration modal analysis of the main shaft of the test system are carried out by using ANSYS Workbench.The strength,stiffness,modal natural frequencies,vibration modes and critical speeds of the main shaft of the test system are analyzed.It is proved that the structural design of the main shaft of the test system is reasonable.Secondly,according to the technical requirements of the hydraulic servo loading system,the design of the hydraulic servo loading system and the selection of the main hydraulic components are completed.Then,the mathematical model of the hydraulic servo loading system is established,the transfer function is derived,and the stability and dynamic performance are analyzed by MATLAB software,The PID control strategy is used to correct it,The PID parameters of the closed-loop control module of the loading force of the hydraulic servo loading system are determined,Therefore,to ensure that the hydraulic servo loading system can meet the technical requirements.Finally,the overall design of the measurement and control system is designed,The main hardware of the measurement and control system such as force sensor,temperature sensor and programmable logic controller(PLC)are selected and configured,The program of the measurement and control system is designed,MITSUBISHI FX2 N series PLC programming software GX-Developer is used to write the key control program of the PLC in the measurement and control system,So as to realize the PID closed-loop control of hydraulic loading force in the system.In this paper,the hydraulic loading test system of dynamometer transmission bearing can be used to simulate well the actual working condition of dynamometer transmission bearing,The loading force imposed to the bearing and the speed of the main shaft of the test system can be precisely controlled,The parameters such as temperature and loading force are collected and monitored in real time,Therefore,the purpose of accurate testing of the bearing performance and life is achieved. |
