Research On Post-Evaluation Of The Old Industrial Buildings Reconstruction Project's Economic Benefit

At present,China is in the stage of rapid economic development,urban upgrading of the industrial structure,industry focus transfer from the urban area to a new industrial area or the outskirts,the result is that a large number of abandoned industrial buildings have been left behind in the urban area,not only the serious waste of city's land resources,also brings a series of social,economic and environmental problems.In the process of urban renewal,these old industrial buildings except a few are retained and protected as industrial heritage,the rest are facing dismantling or alteration.The problem city builders and investors facing is how best to exchange these abandoned industrial land to the tertiary industry land.Besides,compared with the "destroy and rebuilt"," reuse and reforming the old industrial buildings " with more complex projects factors,the implementation of the project is affected by many more factors,the problem we need to study is how to conserve resources more effectively and create greater economic benefits.This requires us to do post-evaluation of economic benefit with the finished old industrial buildings reconstruction project,sum up experience and lessons for later reference project decision-making and management.This paper combines the feature of the old industrial buildings reconstruction project,based on the post-evaluation theories,consults on the economic post-evaluation of new construction projects and other construction projects,perfects and establishes the old industrial buildings reconstruction project economic post-evaluation theory system, through the study of this kind of projects financial benefit and national economic benefit post-evaluation theory,methods,indicators,and examples combined with the evaluation of the project analysis,reflects the practicality and feasibility of the research theory.
