With the fast development of the economical society,the buildings are becoming bigger,multi-function with individual character,presenting more colorful.It must be considered in the way of architecture designing and fireproofing as follows:the architecture layout,fire-resistance of construction,the fire-resistance section,internal decoration,fireproofing facilities,smoke control system and releasing and the exit plan.The rules today involving the questions above,can deal with individually and comprehensively,but with no uniform standard of security,the system can not show the harmony of fire protection systems,resulting in the reduction of economical performance.Especially for peculiar,large and complicated building,the design of fire-protection always exceeds the scope of existing fireproofing rules.How to work out the project of fireproofing efficiently is becoming the key focus in our world.The method of fireproofing on the basis of highly-performance is becoming more and more important.Highly-performance designing method is based on the thought of fire safety engineering as a guide and the fire danger of the architecture and the economic evaluation as the means,it also use the modern scientific results to improve the design of the fire-protection of the architecture and aims at reach the goal of overall fire-protection safety of the architecture on the basis of guarantee of the usage and art concepts of the architecture.Highly-performance principles are stipulated for the fire-protection safety goal of the architecture and the rules and methods used for the performance requirement and the designs.Generally speaking,the goal of fire-protection safety should include the safety of the human lives and properties,the fire-prevention and guarantee the structure against the fire.This essay is based on the fundamental theories of architecture performance fire-protection and compare and contrast the difference between the National Fire-Protection Designing Norms and the Fire-Protection Performance Designing Methods from the aspects of evacuation design of the architecture staff,the design of smoke prevention and the difficulties of structure fire-protection design.The examples are the large-scale library and engineering fire-protection performance design of National Swimming Center,which provides a new method and thought for the fire-protection design of the large-space architecture on the basis of fire-protection safety in order to make the architecture design more reasonable,more scientific and more economic.
