The spectroanalyzer is considered as a radio frequency multimeter in foreign countries,so it is important and is applied to every field.The main features of it are high sensitivity,high frequence high frequency bandwidth,the measure of frequence and range and their relativity.For little knowledge about it and hight price,spectroanalyzer is usually used in the fields like military affairs,national defense,science research,and is a mysterious,high-class instrument.with the development and popularization of communication,many fields like communication, research,manufacture and maintenance start to need spectroanalyzers.As far as the technology level and research ability of spectroanalyzer in domestic country,it is produced by simulating foreign instruments and there is little patent about it.For that,this paper advances a design scheme of spectroanalyzer based on FPGA and NiosⅡembedded system.In the aspect of hardware design,this paper introduces the system architecture of the spectroanalyzer.It is consist of FPGA module circuit and the FPGA periphery modules including the data collection circuit, LCD control circuit,NiosⅡprocessor,Direct Digital Synthesis(DDS) circuit.Besides,this paper also elaborates the system design on NiosⅡby using Altera Company's software—Quartus 8.0.In the aspect of software design,the system contains the control of data collection,FFT,keyboard scan,LCD display.As far as FFT algorithm,there is a research and implementment based on NiosⅡ.Besides,for the sake of the accuracy enhancemant of measured frequency spectrum;the choice of frequence in data collection is researched.For the sake of the width of measured frequency,the sinusoidal algorithm is finished.At last,Linux system is planted sucessfully on NiosⅡ.
