Electronic measuring instrument is designed to work in the electronic design tools essential, inevitable to a more intelligent direction.Thus, for electronic measuring instruments electronic measuring and research has always been a hot topic in design projects.Meanwhile, with the FPGA and SOPC(Programmable System-on-chip) and other emerging technologies in the field of electronic measurement of the large number of applications, the design of electronic measuring instruments will be towards a more intelligent, automated, modular, and the direction of diversification.Based on the above background, this paper based on FPGA and NIOS system design "an intelligent electronic integrated experimental platform." The "platform" can output sine wave, triangle wave, square wave, sawtooth four basic signal and 2ASK, 2PSK, AM and FM four modulation signal, the output frequency interval can be controlled in the frequency range of 1Hz ~ 20 MHz swept sine signal.In addition, the "platform" capable of-range signals in the frequency range of 1Hz ~ 20 MHz, the amplitude of the periodic signal in the range ± 5V sine, triangle and square wave for accurate frequency and amplitude measurements. The "platform" through the matrix keyboard, LCD and 7-inch VGA LCD monitor and other human interface for information exchange, intelligent operation.This "platform" based on intelligent, modular design ideas, using digital DDS, full synchronization and other precision frequency measurement, digital peak detection technology, improve and enhance the performance of traditional electronic measuring instruments. Functionally covers both engaged in electronics design work required for measuring input and output signals of the excitation signal, able to finish some complex experimental work to simplify the procedure for electronic measuring instruments intelligent design provides a new idea.
