Regenerative Braking System is a system that can transfer kinetic energy to other kinds of energy during braking,and then restore this energy which can be used next time of startup or accelerate.It is a new system which will be wisely used in electrical vehicle and hybrid electric vehicle in future.Today,energy shorting is a serious problem.So saving energy is becoming a develop aim in all industry.Part kinetic energy which is losing in tradition system will be used in this system.Energy efficiency of vehicle will be improved.This dissertation is a important part of Jiansu Province High School Natural Science Research Project("Research on Way and Theory of Automotive Regenerative System"(05KJA58007)),and also is a Opening Fund Project of Jiangsu Province Automobile Engineering Key Laboratory,("Experiment Research on Regenerative Braking System with Electrical Stored Energy"(QC2006-06)),and it focus on means of experiment of Regenerative Braking System in lab.Main sides as follow:1.Analysis the feasibility of Switched Reluctance Motors(SRM) in Regenerative Braking System from theory,and it is analyzed by simulation.2.From the aim and demanding,and bases the virtual instrumentation,a Data Acquisition System is designed which includes data acquisition and controlling.3.The equipment is debugged.Firstly,the every part of equipment is debugged and then the whole equipment.The Data Acquisition System is test.4.Establish the estimate rule,and then design a test blue print from accord with the rule.Last,do the equipment.5.The whole article is summarized,and the shortage is put forward.
