A multi-functional virtual oscilloscope system is developed with LabVIEW 2015 software platform.The hardware is composed with PCI8532 data acquisition card and general PC.It can receive external signal using the PCI8532 data acquisition card and display waveform,measure the signal.In addition to some common functions of traditional oscilloscope,the virtural oscilloscope can achieve the signal filtering,spectrum analysis,measurement,data storage and so on.The thesis introduces the research background,significance and the status at home and abroad of virtual instruments and discusses the concept,composition,features and the establishment of virtual instruments' basic framework.On the basis of them,the virtual oscilloscope system is designed on the LabVIEW 2015 platform and it can collect signal using high-speed data acquisition technology,analyze and process waveform using the signal processing algorithm and implement concurrency control using multi-threading technology.An arbitrary waveform generator system is consisted with PCI8603 multi-functional card,general PC and visual studio C# software.The virtual oscilloscope system receives the signal from the arbitrary waveform generator system to verify its function.The system is more flexible,efficient,economical,scalable and so on.
