| Generator retaining ring is one of the key equipments of generator. Research on retaining ring impact of the humidity in the generator has great significance in guiding operation of unit with safety and economy in power plant. First of all, in this paper, the reason and danger of high hydrogen humidity are analyzed and discussed in the generator, and then focuses on the factors of the generator retaining ring in the stress corrosion. And the retaining ring modeling and calculation of stress analysis are accomplished. Finally, some thermometers are analyzed and compared. With all of this into consideration, split moisture generator is adopted. An experimental system based on split moisture generator has been designed and built to analyze the influence of hydrogen humidity on generator retaining rings. |
