| With the rapid growth of the living standard and the development of national economy, the demand of the electricity from all trades and professions is greater and greater, the Large Capacity Hydrogen-Cooled Generator is one of the main focuses of the development of the power industry of our country, among them, 1000MW Ultra-supercritical Coal-fired , 1000MW Nuclear Power and Heavy Steam-Gas Combined Cycle Cogeneration Generator have such remarkable characteristics with high efficiency, energy conservation and environmental protection that they are the cores of the development of the power industry.The Large Scale Hydrogen-Cooled Generator uses hydrogen as the cooling medium, and as one of the main auxiliary control systems, the working performance will influence the reliability of the unit, so every performance of the Hydrogen Control System such as the security, reliability and intelligence is highly expected. We have had some further research of the Hydrogen Control System of the generator through the extensive introduction of technologies and cooperation with the foreign generating equipment companies (such as GE and Siemens) and the combination of the technology characteristics of our domestic equipments. The research and application of the Hydrogen Control System of the Large Scale Hydrogen-Cooled Generators are particularly introduced in this paper, the content includes: the research of the design principle of the theory of the Hydrogen Control System of Hydrogen-Cooled Generator, the influence of the purity and humidity of Hydrogen to the generator, the research and application of the analytical system of the purity of Hydrogen, the measuring instrument of humidity of Hydrogen and the Supervisory System of Leakage of Hydrogen. By the research and design the Hydrogen Control System, absorbed and introduce the technology of the foreign same product, finally improve the security,reliability and intelligence of the Hydrogen Control System.
