Research On The Improvement Strategy Of Urban Recreational Business District From The Perspective Of The Interaction Between Commerce And Tourism

Based on the background of upgrading urban and rural residents' consumption concept and urban tourism as a popular recreational product,and under the turning point of urban renewal with urban transformation,the historic district Recreational Business District(RBD)emerges as the times require.In the stage development of the urban recreational business district,the commerce and tourism always leads the win-win development with the high symbiosis of industry and space,and realize the sustainable development of RBD.Therefore,from the perspective of interaction between commerce and tourism,Recreational Business District is a special pattern of land use,and we can satisfy the new demand of urban transformation by RBD's development.On the basis of summarizing relevant theoretical achievements and practical experience,this study analyzes the development mechanism of urban recreational business districts,and combines the practical problems faced by the current recreational urban business districts in the historic urban districts of the Old City,and proposes a multi-dimensional analysis based on the interaction between commerce and tourism,establish a comprehensive urban vitality space that can realize image interaction,function interaction,and space interaction.At the current stage,the multi-issues of problems faced by RBD and the goal-oriented development of commerce and tourism interactions have brought forward the theoretical optimization elements including the image atmosphere,functional formats,and space environment.Combined with the empirical research of Guanqian district in Suzhou,from the perspective of planners and leisure travelers,after analyzing the status quo and summarizing the issues,and in order to systematically guide the development of Guanqian district,this paper propose a specific strategy of multi-level collaborative image interaction,multi-elements improving function interaction,and multi-modality meeting spatial interaction.The purpose of this study is to promote the positive role of Guanqian in the development of urban areas in Suzhou,and to provide reference for the construction and renovation of other urban centers or historical and culturally modified RBDs.
