Corrosion problems have spread all over areas of the national economy,and have brought tremendous losses for the national economy,and have leaded the substantial accident,and have consumed valuable resources and energy,and have polluted our living environment.At present,there are methods for solveing corrosion problems, however,for the different corrosion environmen,anti-corrosion methods also vary.In this paper,as a guide to the process of design of anti-corrosion program,based on analysis about corrosive environment of project,combined with the corrosion theory,the requirements of anti-corrosion program are designed.From throughout the construction process,the anti-corrosion construction have been designed,and it included anti-corrosion treatment of steel and concrete and production workshop.In order to design a reasonable anti-corrosion program for the condition, combined with engineering practice in this article the anti-corrosion program for the corrosion in strong acidic environment design has been studied.Through the design about component of the mass ratio of epoxy primer paint,epoxy glass fiber reinforced plastic(FRP),epoxy resin daub and epoxy resin mortar,and analysis of the impact factor of its physical properties,and anti-corrosion barrier on the anti-corrosion test results analysis,anti-corrosion design programs are evaluated.The results showed that: epoxy primer for the initial setting time of 27-81 minutes,the pencil hardness of greater than 3H after 24h,the impact strength greater than 40MPa,and the bond strength of concrete from the 3.3MPa to 4.3 MPa;epoxy FRP tensile strength of 220-235MPa,the compressive strength for the 84-112MPa,and the bond strength of concrete for the 3.2-4.4MPa;clay shear strength for the 7.6-9.5MPa,the compressive strength for the 82.8-106.2MPa,tensile strength was 14.9-16.8MPa,and the bond strength of concrete for the 3.2-3.6MPa;epoxy mortar compressive strength for the 98-112MPa,tensile strength of 14.1-16.8MPa,and the bond strength of cement concrete for 2.8-3.5MPa;isolation layer anti-corrosion has achieved very good results.By the examination of engineering practice,according to anti-corrosive construction requirements for the project ground and wall,controlling construction quality,enhanceing the quality management and engineering acceptance,the return visit of the project showed that the design of anti-corrosion program in this paper is reasonable,and the design played a very good anti-corrosion effect in the strong acidic corrosion environment.
