The construction period of traditional road repair technology is long,which seriously affects the traffic and causes traffic congestion.The rapid remediation technology has been studied at home and abroad.As a preventive maintenance measure,ultra-thin covering technology is highly praised because of its good maintenance effect and fast construction speed.The research of prefabricated crimp asphalt pavement has also set off a surge.However,the performance of asphalt mixture at high and lowtemperature is poor,which reduces the service life of pavement.In this study,the modified epoxy resin was used as a binder to design a crimpable ultra-thin epoxy resin mixture,aiming at solving the problems of road maintenance and repair.The main work of this study is as follows:(1)Determine the bending performance index of crimpable epoxy resin mixtureBased on elastic theory to estimate the prefabricated type epoxy resin pavement curl of bending tensile strain,and the mixture of trabecular bending test midsp an deflection,Considering the variability of materials and construction,the bending performance indexes under different crimping radius and road thickness were finally determined,and the test method for evaluating the bending performance was designated to evaluate the bending performance of epoxy resin mixture.(2)Research on epoxy resin binderSince epoxy resin is hard and brittle,it is necessary to add modifier to modify it.Due to the diverse and complex composition of epoxy resins,the types of auxiliary components such as curing agents and modifiers are determined according to the performance requirements of the cement,and the amount of each material is determined in combination with the influence of the auxiliary materials on the performance of the cement.Finally,the performance of the cement is tested,and the elongation at break is greater than 165%,the tensile shear strength is greater than 6MPa,the initial viscosity is 1000mPa·s,and the gel time is 60min.(3)Mix design and performance testThe CAVF method is used to carry out a special grading design for the prefabricated curlable epoxy concrete ultra-thin surface material,rubber particles are mixed into concrete by replacing stone with equal volume,and volume index,bending property index and splitting strength index are used to limit and determine the range for the amount of rubber particles and glue.Finally,it is concluded that the amount of rubber particles should not exceed 6%,and the amount of glue should be between 12%and 15%.The road performance of the mixture is tested and compared with the performance of ordinary asphalt concrete related materials,and it is concluded that its performance is excellent and meets the relevant requirements.(4)Research on key construction technologyThe selection of binding raw materials is constrained,the range of auxiliary materials is determined and the production details is controlled.When making the mixture,the mixing time is controlled according to the adhesive time curve of the binder,and the methods of stirring,spreading and rolling are also stipulated.
