As a new type of building material for ecological environmental protection,epoxy resin porous concrete is porous concrete with high porosity with semi connected and connected by a special mix design and preparation process of molding,which has certain mechanical strength,but also have the water permeability and air permeability.With epoxy resin as the pervious concrete pavement materials can improve the efficiency of road drainage,to disaster prevention and mitigation role for the city in the rainy season,can effectively alleviate the city "heat island effect" in high temperature season,also can improve the safety of road users and comfort.It has shorter forming time than porous cement concrete,and is more colorized than porous asphalt concrete.It can provide diversity for material selection in the construction of sponge city.This paper from the epoxy resin binder of pervious concrete,through tensile test,viscosity test shows the binder composition of raw materials and the best proportion of material viscosity;relationship between the initial solidification and temperature through study of cementation,determine the construction window of epoxy resin under different temperature range of pervious concrete.Epoxy resin pervious concrete structure characteristics and strength formation mechanism directly affect the permeability and mechanical strength of the mixture.The pore characteristics are described by theoretical analysis,and the mechanical strength is studied.The influence of material composition(aggregate gradation and film thickness)on meso pore characteristics and mechanical strength is revealed.The design of epoxy resin pervious concrete mixture material composition is put forward through indoor research,recommended 2.36~4.75 mm single particle size of aggregate,the corresponding stone glue ratio 0.03,colorant content is 3% of the quality of cementing material,the target porosity of 20%,indoor forming process of vibrating molding.The permeability,frost resistance,abrasion resistance,color durability and skid resistance of epoxy resin pervious concrete were analyzed and evaluated,and compared with the properties of porous cement concrete.The test results show that the permeability of the research material selection reasonable,good permeability,permeability coefficient can reach 0.72cm/s;the results show that the epoxy pervious concrete frost resistance and abrasion resistance are better than the same condition of porous cement concrete pavement skid resistance and meet the requirements;indoor and outdoor color durability test results show that the epoxy resin color color binder excellent durability,through 15 months of actual outdoor cement pavement after application,its brightness is good,almost no fading phenomenon.By nature,water permeability,frost resistance,color and intensity contrast time performance analysis on various types of permeable pavement material wear,show that the epoxy resin has excellent properties of porous concrete permeable asphalt concrete and permeable concrete aspects,and make up for the pervious asphalt concrete color,large energy consumption short board;compared with the pervious cement concrete,it also has the strength of short time,good permeability,can meet the demand of rapid construction in city environment.This study provides a theoretical support for the popularization and application of epoxy resin permeable pavement,which has important practical significance.
