Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,the construction scale of asphalt pavement on expressways in China has been increasing rapidly,but it is also facing serious traffic safety risks,especially frequent traffic accidents at tunnel entrances.The asphalt pavement materials that appear after open traffic have some deficiencies in driving safety issues such as anti-sliding performance,durability,flame retardancy,light reflectivity,and water resistance.The special epoxy pavement materials with many excellent properties such as adhesion and corrosion resistance have provided a new solution for researchers,which have been the key research points during the resent years.The thesis chooses the colored epoxy anti-sliding surface pavement technology,conducted some research on pavement structure and materials according to the special road environment in the expressway tunnel as well as the optimum proportioning design of colored anti-sliding surface binders was studieds,a suitable New epoxy binder for expressway tunnel environment was developed,and its pavement performance was tested.Finally,based on the research results of colored pavement technology,the corresponding colored pavement design scheme,construction process and construction points are put forward,which has certain guiding significance for the popularization and application of epoxy binder in colored pavement projects in China.The research contents of this thesis is summarized as follows:(1)By considering the application principles and comparison of characteristics of various materials,the effects of various component additives on the performance of epoxy binders were analyzed,and epoxy resins and various additives suitable for the needs of the tunnel environment were selected for performance research.An experimental scheme was developed to analyze the technical properties of epoxy binders from the perspective of the characteristics and mechanical properties of each component material,so as to provide a theoretical basis for further optimizing the formula and application performance of epoxy composite materials.(2)The experimental research on the proportion and basic performance of key components were carried out,and the reasonable mixing amount of each component was determined through the relationship trend,thus the composition design of key components was put forward;the initial rheological capacity of epoxy binder was evaluated by using energy storage modulus,loss modulus and viscosity index,and the improvement effect of the initial rheological performance of epoxy binder under different temperature conditions was obtained,the key process control conditions for on-site construction are proposed(allowable time and temperature);based on the analysis of the formation mechanism of the bond strength between the epoxy anti-slip wear layer and the old pavement layer,the bonding of the epoxy binder test piece before and after the curing process was analyzed through tensile test,pull test and tensile shear test,and the variation law of interlayer bonding strength with the increase of time and temperature was studied;the service life of the colored epoxy antisliding surface is closely related to the durability.The microstructure of the epoxy binder before and after UV aging was observed by SEM and the performance test was performed,which provides a basis for the design of the colored epoxy anti-sliding surface pavement.(3)The road performance of the colored epoxy surface layer+asphalt mixture composite structure under different epoxy resin dosages was studied,and the change law of the performance of the colored pavement was obtained.At the same time,the friction coefficient attenuation law was understood through the anti-sliding test and the degree of influence of colored epoxy anti-sliding surface layer on the performance of asphalt mixture was evaluated,which provides a technical reference for the application and promotion of with colored epoxy anti-sliding pavement.(4)The test section was laid by layer method.The construction process and quality control measures of colored epoxy pavement were described,and a standard colored epoxy anti-sliding surface construction process of asphalt pavement was put forward based on the theory and test of the construction technology,and verified its performance,which provides a technical reference for guiding the construction and application of the color functional pavement.
