In the 21st century,the competition of global quality become more severity, enterprises have gradually shift the focus of the competition to the quality of products. At the same time,people gradually recognize that the key of quality work should be the source of quality,so we should focus the quality work to reduce and eliminate all kinds of fluctuations.The core of the quality work is prevention,which has become the main objectives in the field of the quality project.The variations always existed in the manufacturing process,the normal variations has small impact on product quality,and that is inevitable;but the abnormal variations has great impact on product quality,this abnormal variations may exist sometimes or not,and it can be avoided through improved.Therefore,in the manufacturing process,we need to focus on the abnormal variations and identify the abnormal causes as soon as possible,eliminate it quickly to achieve the process stability ultimately.Statistical Process Control can reduce and control the quality variations effectively,which mainly use statistical techniques to monitor the production process, and can give early warning for the unusual trends,so that operators can take measures to eliminate the abnormal variations in time,recovery the stability process.Although SPC technology can monitor the abnormal variations effectively, however,it can not help the operators to find the source of unusual variations.Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA) as a preventive method can find the he possible failure in production process.Therefore,if we use FMEA to establishment Knowledge library,and combined with SPC control charts.,when the abnormal variations in the manufacturing process,FMEA feedback can guide the operators find abnormal variations,and take measures to eliminate variations in time,so the unqualified products can be avoided flow the next process,the" early warning" quality control is achieved.At the same time,the basis of effective application for SPC is reliable data,in order to ensure the reliability of measurement data,measurement system analysis is necessary in the manufacturing process.The Purpose of measurement system analysis is to analyze if the measuring system can meet requirements. Therefore,on the basis research of SPC technology and MSA,FMEA methods, this paper give the quality control application model,make process as research object, establishment a quality control system for manufacturing process,combined SPC technology and MSA,FMEA quality tools,and apply in automobile components enterprises.The application results show that the method is effective for the quality control of manufacturing process. |
