SPC Statistic Features Analysis And System Establish Of Civil Aircraft

This paper around a newly established statistical process control(SPC) system of a civil aircraft manufacturing company, and expatiates on the relevant problems of the statistical process control system in the process of planning, creating and application.This paper analyzes the principle and nature of SPC, and analyzes the practical application of statistical process control in manufacturing for the starting point of solving the practical problems in the manufacturing process. The statistical process control charts, which suiting for civil aircraft manufacturing, are selected on the base of analyzing the statistical characteristics of the civil aircraft manufacturing process. Through the analysis of requirements to the civil aircraft manufacturing SPC, formulate SPC thinking, planning of the civil aircraft manufacturing process. Finally, integrating these analyses and ideas, set up a custom-made SPC system.
