The quality of EV busbar has a direct impact on the installation and use of the whole vehicle factory,and even on the service life of electric vehicles and the safety of drivers and passengers.Bending process not only affects the production and quality control of subsequent processes,but also directly affects the dimension accuracy of the busbar,so it is the key process affecting the quality of EV busbar.At present,there are two main processes of bending forming of the busbar in the industry: one is die bending forming,the other is NC bending forming.The busbar formed by die bending has relatively stable dimension accuracy but high die cost,often up to tens or even millions.Due to cost considerations,almost 50% of the busbar is formed by NC bending process.The author carries out case studies on the quality problems of EV busbar exhaust of ZQ company,and summarizes the current situation of ZQ company: 94% of the disadvantageous phenomena in NC bending process are dimension overshoot;SPC is only used for post-process analysis and evaluation,which is unprofessional,formalistic and even data fraud.This paper mainly covers four parts.The first part mainly describes the purpose and significance of this study,academic and application value,innovation,research status at home and abroad,as well as the content and methods of this study.The second part describes the relevant theories of statistical process control,including definition,basic principles and basic ideas,emphatically introduces the basic principles,types and uses of control charts and analysis criteria,several commonly used application environments of control charts,and introduces the method of process capability analysis.The third part mainly explains the application of statistical process control in NC bending process.Taking ZQ company as an example,the problems in quality management of NC bending process in ZQ company are introduced.In view of these problems,a quality management method based on statistical process control is proposed and the production process is determined.The key control points are designed for the implementation of the new quality management method.The specific implementation effect and evaluation of the management method are introduced,and suggestions for further improvement are given.The fourth part is the conclusion of this paper and part of the content that needs to be looked forward to.This paper explores the statistical process control of NC bending forming process in the production process of EV busbar,which can reduce the size proportion of NC bending forming process and improve the stability of busbar size,It provides a reference for other processes that hope to improve the quality of EV busbar and the other busbar production enterprises that hope to improve the quality of products.
